I will concentrate on your main concerns first. (See list below).
Each sitter is asked to read and sign the following:
(The reason I put this list here is so that you will know what to expect and the time I spend with you is
not wasted).
- I will always do my best for you. (During
our time together you are the most important person to me and I want you to be happy and pleased with your reading but,
you need to understand straight away that I am not the same as other Mediums).
- If I feel I'm not connecting with you in the first 5 minutes I will stop the reading.
(This doesn't happen very often. I am not obliged to give a reason. Alternatively... If you don't feel I'm
connecting with you...say so. Please don't sit there for 30 / 45 minutes and then say you didn't understand
what was being said).
- During your reading: Please
remain relaxed, patient and open minded.
(A closed minded person will think of only one thing or expect certain bits
of information straight away). - If I ask you any questions
just answer with a clear...YES or NO. (This is to eliminate the possibility of, 'cold reading'.
I'm not trying to get information out of you, I just need to know that you understand what's being said).
- Spirit don't always tell you what you expect. They usually tell
you what you need at the time. (Please read the notes at the top of the page).
- Loved Ones: I am guided by my Spirit Guide. (I can't guarantee who will come through.
If you expect a certain 'loved one' to come through you may be disappointed).
- I can
only give you what my Guide and Spirit gives me.
I will not elaborate or try to impress
you.
I am not allowed to SPY on other people for you. (Please don't ask me
questions about other people... e.g. a partner or ex-lover etc). - Always
take professional advice where appropriate.
- Any reading or demonstration of

Because of aggressive & silly people in the past
who seem to think they can ORDER spirit to tell them what they want to hear... (or, think they already know everything), Chris
reserves the right to terminate a reading at a moments notice (without giving a reason). I have to put the following
message to everyone:
Mediums always want to do the best they can for you but,
we need your cooperation.
All 'time wasters' will be pursued for the full fee.
A deposit
must be paid for groups of over 4 people.
Section 1. Terms... Disclaimer:
Repeal of the Fraudulent Mediums Act 1951. (Effective April 2008). Due to the above law changes it is important to note that
this service is authentic and genuine and delivered with honesty and good intention however, you, the buyer accept that any
psychic, clairvoyant, spiritualistic services is a scientific experiment process. In buying this service you accept
that the outcome or result of the service is not guaranteed and that it is purely for entertainment. This disclaimer
applies to all services offered by Chris Butler Medium and any statement made on this site.
Section 2.
Terms... Treatment of Mediums. The person, host, agent, organiser, hiring Chris Butler Medium, or any
of his representatives for whatever duration of time should be aware that these services are given with respect and delivered
with honesty and good intention therefore every consideration for the Medium's welfare and feelings is expected in return.
Section 3.The Medium may not be able to 'connect' with the 'sitter' for any number
of reasons. The Medium is at liberty to stop the reading at any time and is not obliged to give a reason. If the reading has
been pre-paid a refund will be given.
However, if the you, 'the sitter' stops the reading, (for any reason), the
fee will stand, (unless agreed by both parties).
